Operations between surface mines differ from that of underground. Experience the world's deepest mine (at 4500 m below surface) and moments later stand in a medium size surface operation. Then, “feel” the machines working as you traverse the environments in the immersive space.

About the event
The VR Lab tours are limited to 10 people per session with 7 tours for the day. Each tour lasts for 40 minutes. Please make sure to arrive 20 min before your tour starts to allow you to access the main Hatfield university campus, park your car and walk to the Mining Faculty. Tours run every hour, starting at 9am and the last tour is at 4pm.
